2. Description of Service

FORE is a social networking and match-tracking platform for golfers that allows users to:

• Create and track golf matches
• Connect with and follow other golfers
• View match history and statistics
• Use AI-powered scorecard scanning
• Communicate via in-app messaging

3. Accounts

3.1 Registration

You may register using email or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may maintain only one account. Creating duplicate accounts may result in suspension.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Billing

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your subscription is billed through your Platform Store account.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your Platform Store account settings.

4.3 Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not control and are not responsible for refunds processed by the App Stores.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (Profile info, match data, photos). By submitting content, you grant FORE a non-exclusive license to use it solely to operate and improve the App.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to impersonate others, scrape data, interfere with the App's infrastructure, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Golf is an outdoor activity with inherent risks. Nothing in the App constitutes safety guidance or replaces good judgment on the course.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
